The easybike system serves them all! It is aimed at all those who move frequently or even less frequently and are looking for an alternative healthy and economical way of moving without being obliged to keep a bicycle in their possession. With the easybike system, permanent residents of an area and visitors can move either by issuing a special electronic card or by using a special application for mobile phones. Permanent residents or regular visitors can register as users by receiving the special electronic card that gives them access to the system (docked system) while occasional users or visitors can register on the special mobile phone application and rent the nearest to them bicycle (dockless/freefloat system).
(System with Docks)
Users use the special electronic card to pick up and return bikes at the parking spots. The electronic bicycle card “contains” intangible system usage time depending on the billing method set. Upon successful registration in the system, the subscriber collects a bicycle from the rental stations simply by approaching the electronic card to it. Then he uses the bike for as long as he wants and returns it to any of the stations. The time of use is automatically calculated and the corresponding amount is deducted from the card. When the available amount on the card runs out, the subscriber can renew his time either via the Internet or by visiting one of the authorized points for adding time. In the same way, he can renew his annual subscription.
(Docks-Dockless/Freefloat System)
Users who wish to pick up a bike (electric or conventional with GPS/GPRS system) can download the special app for mobile phones, register for the service and credit usage time to their e-wallet. They then find a bike at available docks or designated parking zones (dockless/freefloat), scan the bike’s QR code, and unlock the bike. At the end of the period of use, the total time of use of the bicycle is automatically calculated and the corresponding charge is made.
